August 25-27, 2017 | "War Comes to Union"

Union, WV.  Living history event taking place throughout the quiet town of Union.  This event protrays life in 1864 when the Federal Army occupied the town of Union for five days.  Visit Union and see Federal and Confederate camps, cannon firing, reenactments, drills and demonstrations, a period dance, and much more!  Contact: 304-772-4712 or email.

September 2017 | Autumn Harvest Festival

WVU Willow Bend Farm, 4 Miles South of Union, WV on Willow Bend Road
Festival celebrating the end of the agricultural season. Come for the best food; country, live bluegrass & gospel music; handmade quilts & crafts. Vegetable, flower, quilt & art contests. Horseshoe & corn hole tournaments. Youth tractor pull. Apple butter making will be demonstrated and the results will be sold. Large flea market. Free admittance. Contact: 304-772-5475.

October 2017 | Peterstown Heritage Festival

Peterstown, WV. Festival celebrating with a parade, vendors, town-wide karoake, VA Artillery Living History, Quilt and Photography Show, plus much more.  Those interested in a vendor spot, stop by KC's Dawgs and Burger Haus or the Bread Basket for a registration form.
