| Everyone is welcome for an afternoon (1:00 - 5:00 p.m.) of exploring The Second Creek area. Sit around historic Reed's Mill and talk about family history and old times. Take a good look at this 1791 grist mill that is still in operation. Arts and crafts will be available for purchase. Walk (or drive) up the creek by the store and on to the one-room school house that will be open for viewing with a history guide on site. Food will be available at the church community center by the school. And usually someone will pick up a fiddle or banjo for their (and our) enjoyment. Don't miss this old-time country gathering! |
